This study compiles the scale of Learning Subjective Well-being for Middle School Students and the Questionnaire of Influencing Factors on Middle School Students' Learning Subjective Well-being on the basis of a series of preparations, including the analysis of related materials and the reference of some researchers' conclusions. Then the researcher selects 920 middle school students from a county of Shan Dong province called Juan Cheng, in order to explore and analyze the middle school students' learning subjective well-being in the southwest of Shan Dong province. Furthermore, the study discusses it's influencing factors systematically.By compositive investigation and data analysis, the study draws following conclusions:(1)The middle school students' learning subjective well-being is generally low. And both junior high school students and senior high school students show a very low learning subjective well-being.(2)The middle school students' learning subjective well-being doesn't exist significant difference among genders.(3)The sum of middle school students' learning subjective well-being doesn't exist significant difference among schools. But referring to the will and fervor of learning, students from key junior high school have higher scores than that of non-key junior high school. As for the senior high school students, their learning subjective well-being doesn't show the significant difference both in the sum and in the three dimensionalities.(4)The middle school students' learning subjective well-being exists significant difference among grades. Grade two students in senior high school have the lowest learning subjective well-being; Grade two students in junior high school have the highest learning subjective well-being; Junior high school students' learning subjective well-being is higher than that of senior high school students at a significant level.(5)The middle school students' learning subjective well-being is influenced by their own factors, family factors and school & teachers factors. As considered from their own factors, learning performance, the value of learning, learning accomplishment, learning self-control and the attribution of learning results, interperson relationship all affect their learning subjective well-being. Concerning the family factors, the parents' induct style of child's learning can foresee their child's learning subjective well-being. Refening to the school & teachers factors, teachers' attention, teaching and learning surroundings also influence middle school students' learning subjective well-being.Finally, the study gives some advices to improve the status of middle school students' learning subjective well-being.
