Research On The Harmony Of Local Postgraduate Educational Structure

In the knowledge-based economy era, the postgraduate education has become more closely relationship with economic and social development. Postgraduate education is a think tank and knowledge resource of social development, which plays a backbone role in promoting social progress. An effective local postgraduate education must first have a scientific and rational structure.Harmony of local postgraduate educational structure is the concept of both dynamic and developed, with the features of social and epoch. Harmony of local postgraduate educational structure is the most effective guarantee meeting the demands of the reasonable talents for the development of local economic and social, which will be able to bring up various talents who can meet various needs of different social period. Moreover, it will guide the economic industrial structure to an optimal and rational direction at its best. Harmony of local postgraduate educational structure plays a decision role in the stability and normally operation of postgraduate education, Therefore, it is the major task that continuously adjusts the local postgraduate educational structure to achieve finally the harmonious structure, while follow the rules of the development of science and education.In this paper, I have mainly studied harmony of local postgraduate educational structure by the ways of literature analysis, interview and qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, and take Hubei province as an example. Its body has been divided into three parts: the specific performance of harmony of local postgraduate educational structure; the disharmony aspects of the structure of Hubei postgraduate education; the methods promoting a harmonious local postgraduate educational structure.
