The issue of Draft Reformation Compendium of Fundamental Education Courses marks a brand-new epoch of Chinese Fundamental Education—the epoch of courses reformation and heralds the spring of Chinese education. The serving all the students in the view of the comprehensive and life—long development needs should become the new guidance of Chinese education. Affection, attitude and value education are paid much more attention than ever. However, due to the negative influence of traditional Chinese teaching ideal, there exist many problems in designing of the affection , attitude and value objectives. In such a background, the author chose "Research on the design of the objectives of affection, attitude and value in Chinese teaching of primary school" as the study title.Affection is the reaction of whether the object reality satisfies human's needs and desire, that is, the positive or negative feeling toward the outside world. Attitude is the facial expression when people speak or act and the view and action of people when they treat other things and people, which is a long—lasting and stable comprehensive psychological reaction tendency toward a certain object. Value is an overall evaluation and view that one considers the reality and the behavior. It provides universal guide in the behavior and is the reference to evaluate belief and action. It is also the principles, basic beliefs, ideality and standards according to which people take action. Affection, attitude and value relate and complement each other. The author considers it is of great significance to carry out affection, attitude and value education. It contributes to consolidate the humanism education in terms of the all-round and life-long development. It thoroughly demonstrates the notion of quality—oriented education.This article starts with the study of the objectives of affection, attitude and value of the primary Chinese course , and then interpret the Chinese curriculum criterion and put forward two factors of designing affection, attitude and value objectives(features of primary Chinese curriculum, features of affection development of students),also analyze how to explore explicit factors and implicit factors of teaching materials ,how to grasp value orientation of education rationally and how to write affection, attitude and value objectives reasonable. This article will probe into designing objectives of affection, attitude and value combining with the above-mentioned aspects.
