The emotional attitude and value concept are an important content of the new curriculum reform.The implementation of education for the emotional attitude and value concept is conducive to promote the comprehensive and harmonious development of students and improve the moral level of the whole society.The author has found out in the survey that in the past 10 years of new curriculum reform,some achievements have been made in the implementation of the emotional attitude and value concept.The main performance is that: most teachers understand the goal of the emotional attitude and value concept,fully comprehend the necessity for the implementation of the emotional attitude and value concept and try to actively implement it in the teaching objectives.But in the specific implementation process,there are still some problems.The main problems are: the education of the emotional attitude and value concept is not highlighted and it lacks of guidance of necessary methods and effective assessment mechanism and the effect of implementation is not ideal.The reasons are mainly manifested in three aspects: the restriction of examination-oriented education,the limitation of teachers' quality and the influence of family and social atmosphere.In the ideological and political classes of high school,to further implement the goal of emotional attitude and value concept,we should improve the quality of teachers,change teaching strategies of them,reform and evaluation methods.To improve teachers' quality,they should have scientific teaching concept,excellent professional knowledge,and the ability to infect students' moods and emotions.To change the teaching strategy,the teachers should fully prepare lessons before classes—mine the resources for the emotional attitude and value concept;give lectures flexibly—to consolidate the emotional attitude and value concept.reform the assessment way: one the one hand,change in the one-sided orientation of college entrance examination system on teaching evaluation,at the same time,the content,methods of assessment and the diversity of the subjects should be highlighted as well?...
