Thoughts On The System Reform Of The Schools And Their Departure From Enterprises

It is an important part for enterprises to run primary and middle schools in Chinese basic education system, which is fit for the Chinese situation at its time. It can reduce the financial pressure for governments and make the staff stable in work. Therefore, it can meet the need of foundational education and play an important role in developing a lot of talents. However, the modern enterprise system has completely changed the development and environment of their schools and made it face a great challenge.The thesis takes the school of the Fourth Mineral Exploration Group of Hubei Province as an example. With the personal experience in the course of renovation for school to depart from the enterprise and according to relative policies and materials, the author fully introduces its policy background, real situation of the school and its entire renovation program in different research ways. At the same time, the author points out the key problems after its reform and puts forwards some suggestions for its development.What's more, by analyzing the present situation of such schools, the author thinks that is a trend to make them depart from enterprises and we have various ways to develop them besides transferring them to the local governments so long as we get rid of the disadvantages after reform.
