Oral Communication is the most important type of communication, verbal communication attention to the teaching of mother-tongue teaching is a common trend around the world. Under the new course standard in Chinese teaching, oral communication back on the proper track .However, the traditional language teaching ideas still restraining the development of oral communication. Teachers affected by the examination of the baton, still re-writable, light oral communication, written using alternative teaching oral communication. Teaching Oral Communication in total disregard of the language ability of students to the important role and future development potential, Spoken Language so that the embarrassing situation still at a standstill. This paper attempts to Oral Communication students from low ability phenomenon, the traditional analysis of the existing Spoken Language Teaching, finds teachers in the teaching of oral communication difficulties, and tried under the existing education system, try to construct a teaching system this will be targeted to provide theoretical guidance for Spoken Language teachers and the implementation of recommendations.The paper illustrates around the theme as follows:Introduction——Putting forward to the Research Directions:1. by the phenomenon leads to the necessity of teaching oral communication.2. Pointing out the problems and meanings of this research.3. Introducing the research means this paper adopted.Chapter One——Expounding the Research Foundation:1. The two outlined the background reality.2. According to studies related to the theme -- at home and abroad,The analysis focused on domestic Teaching Oral Communication.Chapter Two——Establishing the Major Theories:1. Define "verbal" and "Oral Communication" in concept. 2. Dialogue on the theoretical research pillar theory, and its analysis.3. Oral Communication highlights the important role of teaching the students mental growth.Chapter Three——Examining the Practical Situation:1. Statistical analysis of the results of a survey on the psychological depth grasp of teaching.2. Spoken Language School described the characteristics of this stage, and pointed out its shortcomings teaching.Chapter four——Analysis of the Obstructive Factors:1.
