| The society now comes into an ever developing one. People's daily life is being ever socialized and paces of life are getting quicker and quicker. All this changes now exert a potential influence and put forward new and high standard request for people's health. To take part in athletic sports is very important for people's health. School teachers are shouldering the important task of teaching knowledge and cultivating new generation. They need to preach, teach and answer queries. They cultivating in persons with ability of every walk of life. So they exert a decisive importance on the development of society. Their health has a direct influence on our education course. This dissertation, by interview, statistics and documentary methods, makes a research on teacher's athletic sports in exemplary school in Henan Province. It includes participate rate, athletic item, athletic site, sports form, sports consume and sports life style etc. In the same time, makes an investigation on influencing factors of the object. The result shows:1. The population of participants in athletic sports is 27.3 percent. The contents of athletic sports show a mulriple trend, for example, people can walk, run, play balls, including ping pang, badminton, football and basketball, rope skipping, swimming, Qigong, Taiji and with the help of body machine. The main forms are flexible, such as"doing exercises with your friends and colleagues","personal physical training"and"having physical training with your family", while there are less sport activities in units.2. Teachers usually don't do much exercises in their leisure time because of heavy work. They like sleeping late and getting up early. Most of their leisure time are spent in vocational study, houseworks, reading and helping their children in study.3. Teacher's sports consumption level is low and the consumption structure is simplex in exemplary school in Henan Province. The consumption of material production is emphasized while the consumption of immaterial sports production is ignored.4. The main pressure of teachers in exemplary school of Henan Province come from their work. As a result, 34.8 percent teachers have chronic diseases, mainly with occupational diseases and sport organ diseases.5. This dissertation confirms seven main influencing factors on athletic sports among teachers in exemplary school in Henan Province by"R"style factors analysis. By importance degree they are: media propaganda, service and establishment, environmental factor, economic factor, life style, health factor, occupation and social onus factor.At last, this dissertation puts forward some referenced countermeasures aiming at the key important influencing factors on teacher's participant behavior in athletic sports in order to give some reference to our government in making crowd's sports guide line, policy and measures. |
