At present, as the research to the application of the modern educational technology of elementary and middle school is mainly from the aspect of teachers , and care little about the aspect of students . As the more analysis to study the influence of external environment of the application of the modern educational technology , and care little about the relative factors of the internal environment. As the study methods concern more about the quantitative methods , and care little about qualitative one . Owing to this , the thesis tries to unite all above . It takes the middle school teachers and students in Guiping city which has obtained the prize of national technologic educational advanced city in Guangxi province as the study objects .By the study methods of paper surve,observation, interviews, historical document analysis, comparison analysis and so on , and reviews to the middle schools in this city of its modern education technology application development experience ,and summarizing the course and lessons ,the author will do the research into the environment condition of the application of the modern educational technology in this city , the application condition of the teachers' modern educational technology and the situation of the students' utilizing the modern educational technology. The investigation shows: application of modern education technology in middle schools in this city is unoptimistic. Although most teachers and students have positive understanding to the importance of educational technique application, but overall, the teachers and students' modern education technical level is somewhat low, especially in multimedia technology and network technique.By the further investigation and analysis, the author finds out that it is lack of fund, manages not in standard, deficient of resources conformity, and the teacher's training is not correct, the training of trainer work does not arrive and so on, have restricted the middle school teachers and students to apply the modern education technology .In view of all kinds of disadvantage factors of restricting the applying modern education technology to the middle schools in Guangxi,and by the thorough research and ponder, the author will propose six corresponding suggestions,strengthening the hardware and software constructions to meet the teaching needs,changing ideas,raising the teachers'modern education consciousness , all-round consideration , enriching the teachers'educational technique knowledge system , strengthening the teachers'and students'information accomplishment raising, enhancing the using efficiency and the effect of information technology, taking some drive measures,promoting the teachers to use the modern education technology,enlarging the training of trainer work dynamics and the training of trainer work dynamics to adapt the development of the education modernization。...
