To realize the graduates'full employment is not only the individual's rational anticipation for income maximization and macroscopical government's first important policy target, but also the best state of both contemporary government and student's expectant goals. It has the most important meaning and terminal target value. Solving the graduates'full employment is a need not only for social stabilization but also social and individual value realization, which also interrelated closely with the society, college and individual interests.As the increasing participation of young people, the employment of the graduates has receded. During the years of 2002-2006, the average employment rate of the all colleges in the country is around 70%. The situation of the employment of the graduates faces the hardest time. The reasons cause the situation is various, including social, higher educational, market and personal reasons.The article includes four sections:In the first section: the value,meaning,problem and methods of this study is introduced simply.In the second section: the author reveals the concept of employability, including scholars'different ideas about employability from different areas. In the third section: the author expatiates and analyzes mainly the policies to solve graduates'employability, including the policies for enhancing employability through work-based learning, embedding employability to the courses, and supporting the transition from higher education to work. Finally, the article shows an example from Liverpool John Moores University.Finally, the author provides some advice to act on in the future by sketches out the present policies for graduates'employability combining our country's actual conditions.
