The lifelong P.E is a new conception which is brought up in the course of innovation and development of P.E from 1990's.In nowadays society, physical culture has more and more become an indispensable content of society development and people's life because of the development of economic and elevation of people's life and culture quality. It is an important task and content of pursuit and exploration of university's teaching of P.E to train the student's realization of P.E and develop the student's ability of P.E and form a habit of sporting lifelong.This article adopt bibliography material method, expert papers method, practice method, statistics method to seek the optimum combination point between adoption of consciousness of lifelong P.E and practice of P.E in common lesson of university, volleyball technique lesson. We should incorporate this theory into the teaching of technology of P.E in university truly to develop this theory and enrich this connotation, provide new basis of the theory for the teaching renovation of major of P.E technique and provide valuable reference for other subjects. We can draw the below conclusion through the experiment research:4.1 The adoption of teaching theory of consciousness of lifelong P.E in volleyball technique lesson, the common major in university, can get better effect than the traditional teaching in the same duration of time.4.2 The adoption of teaching theory of consciousness of lifelong P.E in the common major in university is favorable of elevation of student's basic skills and technique appraisal and achievement than the traditional teaching form.4.3The adoption of teaching theory of consciousness of lifelong P.E in common major in university can make teaching purpose clear and definite, and main points stressed. It will be easy to grasp and control, the feedback will be timely. It is beneficial for students to grasp the technique skill and elevate the ability of analyzing and resolving the problem, so as to raise the teaching level.4.4 The teaching theory of lifelong P.E can train the student's confidence and method of lifelong exercise.
