A Comparative Study On The Constitution Of The University Of China And America Under The Modern University System

Under the background of the rise and development of modern university system,the university regulations as the basis and carrier of the modern university system, the establishment, the perfect and the value realization of the people’s attention and consideration. The formulation and implementation of university regulations, which is related to many problems in universities, is the important guarantee for the development of universities. The study of university regulations is an important part of the higher education theory research. The formulation of university regulations, the choice of content, the value of the university are all the problems to be studied and solved urgently. This paper through comparisons of the Charter of the University and China University Statute, expect to summarize the experience and lessons of China University Statutes construction, learn from the construction of the articles of association of the University of the United States, take effective way and the path to solve the problems existing in the articles of association of the University of our country, make our articles of association to become a mere formality, embody its due role.In addition to the introduction and conclusion, this thesis is divided into five parts: the first part of the relevant concepts and theories, the main concepts such as modern university, modern university system, University Charter, and the significance and role of university regulations, the relationship between modern university system and University regulations.
