Study On Internal Governance Structures Of University In Xinjiang Under The Perspective Of Modern University System

As an academic organizations for training talents, develop scientific research, service society and profound knowledge, university play an important role in social development process in categories. The University will continue to bear the training of personnel, development of science, community service an important mission, heritage and culture of innovation in the historical process of China’s future development, the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. "Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan(2010-2020)" promulgated by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council in July 2010, a special chapter discusses the modern university system, clearly states that "the construction of modern university system, improve the governance structure". Professors paid more attention to modern university system and university internal governance structure, so this study analyzed current situation and problems of university internal governance structure under the sight of modern university system as research has important significance.This study mainly divided into four parts:The first chapter is an introduction, mainly introduces the research background and significance, current research, research content, research ideas and methods, the difficult point and innovation and definition and theoretical basis. This has laid a good foundation for further study of research.The second chapter analyzed current situation and problems of university internal governance structure. It discusses meaning and concept of the university’s internal governance structure, the revelation of modern university system construct to improve the internal governance structure and discusses the revelation of modern university system construct to improve the internal governance structure.The third chapter is the current situation and problems of internal governance structure.
