The study use method of combining the literature analysis and empirical research using pedagogy, psychology, human resource management, and other related disciplines level vocational adaptability of rural female students were random sample survey. The research methods used in this paper is mainly literature analysis, questionnaire, analysis methods and comparative research, by visiting students who have been employed and relevant employer in Wuhan to make questionnaire, by contrasting with the rural male college students in rural and urban female college students to analyze, investigate career adaptability to understand the basic situation of rural female college students, a comprehensive analysis of the status quo of rural female students career adaptability, exploring the impact of rural female students career adaptability factors, and propose countermeasures. By level of occupational adaptation Wuhan Rural empirical study of female university students, in order to be able to quickly adapt to rural female students jobs, improve the professional level of adaptability in the career paths have better development, as well as to enhance the college students, especially adaptive capacity of rural female students of professional reference.Empirical findings show:(1) Rural female students career adaptability measurement table is divided into four dimensions, namely to adapt vocational skills, interpersonal skills, adapt, adapt career awareness, career objective environment to adapt.(2) Career adaptability of female college students in rural areas as a whole on the middle level, the four dimensions shown adaptability mean insignificant, indicating that the level of the four dimensions of adaptability on more evenly.(3) According to gender, the family seat, work experience, professional, whether worked full time experienced before, and whether or honor, etc. will be rewarded rural female students divided into different types, the results showed that different types of career adaptability of rural female students in differences, the differences in some of the factors significantly. (4) Factors occupational adaptation of rural female students there are external factors factors (ie corporate environment, the work itself, Universities and household effects) and internal factors (ie physical characteristics of rural female college students, psychological characteristics and personal capacity).(5) According to measures to improve the adaptability of rural female students career of respondents proposed combination of occupational adjustment disorder analysis, from the rural female students themselves, universities and employers to improve three aspects of rural female students career adaptive response.
