At present, a fiery reform of the fine arts education in middle school curriculum is now in progress, the fine arts education in our country, though starting quite recently, is full of importance as an important component part of the quality education, and it now assume even greater importance when both of our country's economy and technology are flourishing day by day.This article mainly divides into two major parts, the theoretical research and the present situation investigates.In the fundamental research part, the author assimilated some predecessors's theoretical achievements, reviewed and analyzed the concept of the fine arts education supporting system, on the foundation of the concept in other discipline domains'supporting program, this article gave fine arts education's support program concept and basic content definition as follows: "interrelationships and the combination which giving direct or indirect assistance and playing a support role in the activity of fine art education including assistance, impetus various factors (resources) in fine arts education and the factor (resources) Its content mainly includes: First: Policy laws and regulations system and supporting resources by the government. Second: Educational thought and idea supporting resources. Third: Educational institution establishment supporting resources. Fourth: The society's supporting resources. Fifth: Environment supporting resources. Sixth: School teaching supporting resources. Seventh: Individual and family supporting resources. Above several aspects respectively include factor such as personnel, technology, information, physical conditions, affects together in during the fine arts education development, also mutually seeps and the function ". Next, this article in "supporting system - supporting condition (resources)" under the logical relations, has thoroughly studied at present "the curriculum resources", "the study resources", "the learning environment" as the concept, and carries on conformity to its content again, proposed takes this article main research object the middle school fine arts education resources concept and the content: "The school fine arts education teaching resources is in the school scope, to the fine arts teaching and learning activity support function all factors assembling. Its content mainly includes the classroom instruction facility and the condition, the school spatial environment, the practice base, the school library and the reading room, the fine arts equipment and the specialized tool, the school image, etc ". And union correlation discipline etc. Educational theory, educational technique study completes the theory upholstery, then analysis correlative policy, at the beginning of high school's fine arts curriculum standard related content.Based on fundamental research of theory, the second part of this article was mainly concerning the investigation of the present situation. The author has selected methods mainly including questionnaire survey, individual interview, investigation, on-site inspection and so on. The author divided the inspected region into two big regions, the coastal area and the interior area, and provided full and accurate data based on investigation concerning the main factors, such as the present situation of teaching resources in fine arts education, the probably influenced reasons, analyzed and summarized them, discovered the question to be at: The provided resources condition in fine arts eructation of our country is extremely fall behind at present, and is in a imbalance situation, the majority of schools all have such problem like this or that to interfere with the smooth development of fine arts education work, but the main objective reason creates this problem is the fund question, and the most important subjective reason remained to be the incorrect attitude toward fine arts education which existed in all social part ,even among the partial fine arts educator. The fine arts education has not still been able to obtain the value which should have.According to the result of author's investigation, at the end of the article, the author proposed the corresponding solution, and provided preliminary discussion of standard of fine arts education teaching resources in the high school, aims at the situation that there is no unification standard of teaching resources in high school fine arts education at present.
