A Research On Primary School Teachers' Job Burnout And The Relationship Among Job Burnout, Achievement Motivation, And The Intention Of Turnover

With the development of our society, more attention was paid to education. Good quality of education is the precondition of keeping children growing up, as well as the most important condition of keeping social development. As a result, to pay more attention to the teachers' working condition is necessary and indispensable. The research was done on primary school teacher, studying how the achievement motivation influences the teachers' job burnout and the intentions of turnover; how the demographic characteristics influence the primary school teachers' job burnout. We took re-edit MBI, and validated the three dimensions of burnout. We made an investigation on 445 primary school teachers.The study showed that the level of primary school teachers' burnout doesn't differ significantly in sex dimension; by compared, there are significantly differences in emotional exhaustion between married teachers and unmarried teachers; workload is one of important factors which influence the level of job burnout and the intention of turnover.
