Good quality of education is the precondition of keeping children growing up, as well as the most important condition of keeping social development. As a result, to pay more attention to the teachers' working condition is necessary and indispensable. The research was done on primary school teacher, studying how the achievement motivation influences the teachers' job burnout and the intentions of turnover; how the demographic characteristics influence the primary school teachers' job burnout. We took re-edit MBI, and validated the three dimensions of burnout.
