Research On Factors Of Occupational Motivation Of The College Students

Nowadays, domestic psychological researches have not yet been undergone deeply in the field of occupational motivation of the college students, and research on factors and construction of college students'occupational motivation remains gap in the field. In order to improve this situation, an original and highly reliable"Enquete of Factors and Construction of the College Students'Occupational Motivation"is hereby drawn up by using such methods as interviewing and inquiring, which is adopted to define factors and construction that intervening with college students'occupational motivation. Then, according to the data withdrawn, the particular factors and construction of occupational motivation of college students from different sexes, family backgrounds, major and revenues are recognized and the different comments on the importance of the factors and construction are also realized. After inquiring and investigating 701 students from different majors and backgrounds, the results tell us that:1. There are six factors forming the college students'occupational motivation, namely"Material compensation","Self-decision","Happiness","Pursuit of challenge","Constraints","Coments of others".2. Of commenting construction of the college students'occupational motivation,"Compensation","Pursuit of challenge"and"Constraints", differ obviously from each other in sex. Of"Self-decision", students from different places show notable differences. And of"Pursuit of surpass"and"Constraints", remarkable major differences exist. And of"Compensation"and"Constraints", revenue per month also differ largely from each other.
