Research On Restriction Factors And Countermeasures About The Pioneer Talents' Raising Of The Higher Agricultural Colleges And Universities

As the institution of fostering talents directly for the countryside's development,the higher agricultural colleges and universities fully use the education resources fordiscovering and raising pioneer talents unceasingly, which conform to the socialtidalcurrent and the direction of the higher education development, also is theinevitable choice of strengthening own sustainable development. Pioneer talents willcertainly be into a new important direction in the talents' raising of the higheragricultural colleges and universities in future.In recent years, the higher agricultural colleges and universities haven't paidenough attention to the pioneer talents' raising, whose implementation process hasconfronted with much restriction from a kind of factors. In this article, the author hassummarized three points: Firstly, the factors under the backgrounds of the highereducation; Secondly, the factors of own development about the higher agriculturaleducation; Thirdly, the factors of the talents' raising process in the higher agriculturalcolleges and universities. In view of this, the author from macroscopic andmicroscopic give some comments about how smoothly the higher agriculturalcolleges and universities carry out the pioneer talents' raising: On macroscopic, wemust establish the basic skeleton of pioneer talents' raising t, namely in the wholegrasps the curriculum pattern, the pattern of teaching plan, organization of theteaching as well as the non- teaching way, which will make them to be a movement'ssystem that mutually relates and restricts. On microscopic, according to thecharacteristics of the agricultural colleges and universities, we should carry onconcrete reform positively from five big aspects: the education thoughts, theteacherstroop constructions, the system of the managments, the appraisal system aswell as the social necessary system and so on ,which will adapt the demands of thepioneer talents' raising.
