This research based on the theoretical analysis of the physics learning interest, according to the opening questionnaire which is in accord with the middle-school student physics learning interest and the interviewing by the physics educators, establishes the middle-school physic learning interest scale that includes 8 dimensions, 72 items, which is based on the high reliability (0.734). Use the scale to test the 916 middle-school students' physics learning interests and its attribution in the nine cities (or towns) in Guizhou Province. The conclusion is obtained.(1)The middle-school students' physics learning interest scales represents the normal distribution in Guizhou Province . the overall is ordinary , it is in the medium level basically. From which we may know that intuition interest is the highest, the operation interest is next, the cause-effect interest is the third and the theory interest is the lowest, presenting the situation that scales gradually decrease.(2)The students 'physics learning interest of the junior Two in Guizhou province is the highest ,the senior One is next, the junior Three is the third, the senior Two is the lowest. The students 'theory interest of the junior Three is the highest , the senior One is next, the senior Two is the third , the junior Two is the lowest. Along with grade elevating, the middle-school students'intuition interest is gradually weakening , the causes -effects interest is gradually strengthening.(3)There are significant differences in the intuition interest, cause-effect interest, theory interest and the whole physical learning interest levels of the middle-school students both sex and grade, but there isn't significant difference in the operation interest of the middle-school student' both sex and grade in Guizhou Province.(4)The teacher is the most important influence factor for students' physics learning interest in Guizhou Province. The curriculum factor is less, the environmental factor is the third and the student factor is the least important, which have the remarkable prediction function to the middle-school students' physics learning interest.(5)There are significant differences in the students factor and the curriculum factor of the middle-school students in sex in Guizhou Province , there are not significant differences in the teacher factor and the environmental factor in sex . However there are all significant differences in the students'factor, the curriculum factor, the teacher factor and the environmental factor between the junior and senior students.(6)The R2 of the middle-school students 'physics learning interest in Guizhou Province and the students factor, the curriculum factor ,the teacher factor, the environmental factor is above 0.9 ,the linear relation is more significant.According to the investigation and analysis on middle-school students physics learning interest, some teaching strategy suggestions are given to enhance physics teaching efficiency.
