Under the background of implementing the new curriculum in our country, on the basis of criticizing the traditional student evaluation,the processing evaluation is as the new evaluation way, while developing unceasingly on the theory, actually facing all sorts of difficult positions in the practice. Therefore, we initiate the teacher of the elementary and middle school in the paper to carry out the research in the processing evaluation, evaluating in the research and researching in the evaluation, to realize the teacher career development and to promote student's development at the same time.Specifically says, we use the literature analysis and the questionnaire survey to discuss it from the theory and the reality two stratification planes in the paper. This thesis consists of four parts.The first part mainly uses the literature analysis, to clarity Stand.House's idea of"the process of evaluation is the process of research", as well as summarizing the correlation research of the processing evaluation and the teacher's research.The second part theoretically explains the connotation, the characteristic and the significance of the teacher's research in the processing evaluation .the teacher's research in the processing evaluation is that the teacher as the main researcher, in view of the question encountering during the processing evaluation, carries on the motion research in the help of the specialized researcher's instruction, mainly in the mutual help of the teacher companion; It is that the teacher carries on the research in this specific domain of the processing evaluation, so it belongs to the category of teacher's research. And it has common character ,such as practicality, openness and scientific nature which the teacher's research has, simultaneously it also has own research character such as productive nature and processive nature ; It has the significant practical significance in regarding of the processing evaluation ,the teacher career development and the student's development.The third part mainly uses the questionnaire survey, taking 333 teachers of the elementary and middle schools of compulsory education stage in Wuhu as the investigative object, it obtains the conclusions from the asked volume result by statistics, including: ( 1 ) the teacher generally hasn't high accomplishment of research ,such as the backwardness idea and the low enthusiasm of research , lacking the correlation basic knowledge and research technique, thus the teacher has not know how to carry out the research in the processing evaluation; (2) the school becomes the very important influential factor that the teacher need to carry out the research in the processing evaluation.The fourth part mainly puts forward two strategy proposals, based on the present situation of the research in the processing evaluation. (1)enhancing teacher's research accomplishment : clearing wrong views, owing the positive research consciousness , studying the related basic knowledge, grasping the basic research technique and owing the corresponding research ability; (2)establishing the school support program: resources support and system support.
