Chinese mythology and legends to the development of the Chinese nation is a great epic, our ancestors to conquer nature, in the process of social awareness, mental and psychological factors, such as the concrete embodiment. Along with the development of history, they gradually solidified into one kind of unique culture. This culture, which contains a different era of the common people have to face the basic issues and values, is our ancestors have left us with a precious spiritual wealth. Its value manifests in such several areas: 1, perseverance, indomitable national character; 2,Having a sense of responsibility which will benefit the public, accessible to future generations; 3, and actively explore, and have a spirit of innovation; 4, respected saints, the pursuit of the ideal of a harmonious attitude. These contain the spirit of the market economy under the conditions of moral decline and the humanistic quality loss, re-construction of the new era of national spirit and the humanistic quality of the educational system training is of great significance.Humane education is the focus of the current education. The middle school students' humanities quality training is under unprecedented attention in China, and the middle school's language of the humanities has been highlighted. Training students' humanistic quality of language teaching in the middle schools is the most important task. In today's language teaching and reading materials in the middle schools, a large number of outstanding literary works have been selected, including the myths and legends of the beautiful story, and show the Chinese myths and legends in the folklore and folk culture. Chinese myths and legends which contain the rich humanistic spirit have been realized by more and more people. We should emphasize and grasp correctly these myths and legends of the humanities content with the current social situation and secondary school students' actual situation, including the quality of training students, enterprising spirit, aesthetic temperament, to implement secondary language the curriculum requirements for the community high-quality talent.This paper is divided into four chapters. INTRODUCTION introduced the ancient Chinese myths and legends of the role of research, and write the cause of this thesis; The first chapter major stresses the presentation of the Chinese myths and legends in the students studying and living, and conducting an investigation and analysis to know the myths and legends of the middle school students' understanding situation ; Chapter II of the humanistic spirit and the quality of secondary school students cultivate relations were discussed; Chapter III of the Chinese myths and legends which contains the humanities fine god was analyzed; Chapter IV proposes to combine secondary language teaching, to correctly understand and grasp the myths and legends of the humanistic spirit connotation.
