The formation of humanistic quality mainly relies on the humanities education. First of all, humanistic education is one of the arts curriculum which has human nature. Art, as one of the core courses of the humanities, embodies strong humanistic spirit. At present, we are widely recognized that art education has a unique role in enhancing and improving the quality of people. It is the best time and most critical stage in which to train and improve humanistic quality of education by using of basic art education in primary and secondary school. However, the current domestic-based art education teaching philosophy and methods is relatively backward. There is an urgent need for exploration, research and innovation in these areas. This paper mainly focuses on the study of the art teaching in the basic use of the medium to fine arts of the human qualities for students; the pure art skills can be applied into the practical knowledge; and to upgrade the aesthetic appreciation of art appreciation; the basic art education in a wide range of cultural context so as to achieve and improve the overall quality of students and the ability to self-study, to work independently as well as to lay a solid foundation for future research and innovation ability. This paper mainly described from the following aspects: 1,The current research states in China. 2, The main art education to understand the basic relationship between quality education and the humanities. 3, It has been described that the cultivation of art education for students in humane quality value at the basic stages. This mainly include: students can be trained with very good, autonomous learning ability through basic arts education; art education favors the shape of the gound personality of students, basic education can enrich the students' fine spiritual pursuit. 4, It expounds the strategy of training students' humane quality through art education. For example: to strengthen the contact with the practice of art; the promotion of art teaching to people's lives; to strengthen the combination of art and culture; a broad understanding of the cultural context of art; strengthen the basic knowledge and professional skills, art skills and education combination. To cultivate humanistic quality through basic art education for students in an effective way, such as: focus on the art teaching of aesthetic consciousness, emotions, ideals and creativity of the culture; moral education in art education-oriented ideas infiltration; pay attention to the cultivation of creative thinking in the art teaching; pay attention to the penetration of spirit and humanistic spirit in the art of teaching science. 5, Conclusions.Anyway, it is the best educational opportunity of trainin humanistic quality of the students through basic art education. Humanities improves the conducive quality to the students in physical and mental health development. It conducive to personal integrity, and it also continued to the sound development of the possible and potential of the person.
