| As a social behavior, education is on behalf of the technical and cultural developing direction and depth in the society. Especially about higher education, is closely related to the technology and culture in other units, and is even deeply correlative with poverty, employment, prejudice and so on. In this sense, as keymen in the university, teachers ' pressures are significant. Because of their direct facing with the potential human resource of the society. Except of the problems as the workload which are the same with other industries, the pressure on university are including the relationship between teachers and students, the administration staff and teachers and so on.In the process of higher education development in China, the various universities developing towards the different scale, the different type and the different level direction, and the gap between different universities has been widened, key universities, which are in favor with nation education policy, always can get good reputation in our society, the research about their teachers pressure may have some reference to other colleges and universities. Besides those, the Western China's economic, cultural and so on are hanging behind the Eastern and Central. If there are some differences in different universities or different industries in different areas, are also discussed in the paper.The study is based on the questionnaire investigation in Guizhou University and Sichuan University which are the key university in western China, from which some data about teachers pressure.In this paper, taking new management principle and human capital as theory base, and getting human resources management, sociology and education-oriented as the frame. The paper analysis the reason why universities teachers have the pressures. Nowadays, China universities are going through higher education reform, this is one of the clue, from this, we get some systematical reason for teachers pressure, and make some advices about how to reduce the university teachers pressure.This paper is divided into three parts : The first part is the analysis about the questionnaire investigation data of Guizhou University and Sichuan University; The second part is about the whys two universities' teachers come to the pressure; The third part is about how to guide the teachers pressure into some kinds of effective direction.This paper is focused on Western China's key university, but it is believed that most of China's universities and colleges have some common ground, This paper also have some significance for the other colleges and universities in China. |
