Science and technology are the primary productive forces,and the new round of scientific and technological revolution,led by information technology,has had a fundamental and all-round impact on human society.However,"How to educate in the information age and where is the development direction of education" has become the topic of the world’s thinking.The application of information technology is the current direction of education transformation worldwide,and the development of education informatization is bound to be the general trend,development needs and reform direction.Under the influence of "Education Informatization 2.0" and "National Informatization Development Strategy Outline","Compulsory Education Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standards(2022 edition)" has more new requirements for information-based teaching,and puts forward requirements and specific suggestions on the application of information-based technology in the development and utilization of curriculum resources,educational means and methods,teaching evaluation and feedback,teaching research and exchange.The basic education level of Jincheng City ranks among the best in Shanxi Province,and the information facilities have been equipped with remarkable results.However,after the introduction of "New Curriculum Standards",the development status of physical education information teaching is still unclear.How to improve the quality of physical education information teaching and make information technology promote the physical and mental health development of teenagers is an urgent problem to be studied.Through this study investigated the basic situation of physical education teachers in Jincheng compulsory education stage,information teaching consciousness,teaching means,teaching platform,teaching resources,evaluation methods and so on,found the factors affecting the information teaching of teachers,and put forward suggestions to improve the information teaching of physical education teachers by logical analysis.The results show that:(1)The deep integration of information technology and physical education teaching is a major trend of physical education reform.The requirements of information-based teaching in the new curriculum standard point out the direction for the development of future physical education teachers,and physical education teachers with stronger information selection ability,teaching innovation ability,accurate evaluation ability,resource development ability and scientific research ability are needed.(2)From the perspective of age,teaching years,educational background,professional title level,physical education teachers in Jincheng City have better basic conditions,should have more input in education and teaching reform and outstanding results.(3)Teachers in Jincheng City are familiar with the current teaching resources of information-based platform,but they have a general understanding of information-based teaching means,lack of understanding of relevant policies,and lack of understanding of the requirements of information-based teaching in the new curriculum standards.The subjective intention of teachers to carry out information-based physical education is low on the whole,and there are obvious differences in the subjective intention of information-based physical education when teaching different teaching contents.The intention to use information-based physical education is stronger,and the intention to use information-based physical education and skill teaching is weaker.(4)The basic facilities of information-based teaching in primary and secondary schools in Jincheng are relatively complete,but they lack special facilities for physical education teaching.The information-based teaching platform has not been unified,but various platforms can realize basic teaching functions.Compared with other subjects,physical education teaching resources are less in quantity and uneven in quality.(5)Teachers in Jincheng have a low frequency of information-based teaching.The existing hardware is mainly broadband network,computer and mobile phone,while the software is mainly text editing and information interaction software.(6)The main factors affecting the implementation of information-based teaching of physical education teachers in Jincheng primary and secondary schools include lack of subjective initiative,scarcity of special equipment,outdated teaching concepts and backward technical level.In view of the above problems,three improvement suggestions are put forward:(1)Education management departments should attach importance to the burnout of physical education teachers and carry out ideological education and skill training as soon as possible;Combine professional title evaluation and income reward with teachers’ investment in teaching reform,comprehensively evaluate teachers’ education work,and stimulate teachers to improve their subjective initiative.(2)The input of information facilities should be inclined to the needs of physical education and health courses,and special equipment for physical education teaching should be equipped as soon as possible;Continue to improve site conditions and increase the number of indoor sports venues;Expand the construction of sports information-based teaching resources,conform to the "national smart education platform",and guarantee the information-based teaching conditions.(3)Schools should encourage teachers to carry out teaching research,organize teachers to carry out continuous teaching research activities,summarize online teaching experience and achievements,continue to give full play to the advantages of information-based teaching in offline teaching,and constantly improve the teaching effect;Strengthen the information exchange among teachers and promote the good experience;Gather the strength of all teachers,use the information platform to carry out large-scale teaching and research activities,and improve the education level. |
