China's private institute of higher education is an important component of China's higher education system. In order to make a success truly, running strong, and do a greater school operator competitiveness, fundamentally speaking, we should also build a rational structure, excellent teachers group, because good teachers group is one of the success factors of constructing first-class university. This paper discusses the talents flow in private institutes of higher education which is the outstanding problem in private institutes. Because no teachers no education, even let alone healthy development.Solving the talent flow in private institute of higher education, must make it clear that private institutes'history in China and the status in China's higher education system. So I described the situation related to the private institutes in great length, which is also the whole background of the talents flow in private institutes. The history of China's private institute development is still very short. During the development process, the private institute form different levels and different school scales, experience from unhealthy to healthy and from no normal regulating to regulating process. China's private institutes occupy more and more important position in China's higher education. China's private institute talents flow includes not only talents flow outside but also talents flow inside, it is a unity. The talents in this paper not only refer to the full-time teachers, but also include the administrative personnel working in private institutes. Without those two kinds of people the private institutes can not keep sustained and healthy development. Talents flow of private institute means a mobile phenomenon that talents flow from the school which talents work in to another region, department, school and it's no benefit to the school where talents flow outside. When talents flow excessively or loss of those outstanding employees, talent flow is a disruptive factor to the organization and it would undermine the effective operation of the organization.This paper discusses the characteristics, causes and impacts of the talents flow problems in private institutes. The characteristics of the talent flow of China's private institutes obey with the relevant law of talent flow, that is increasingly high tendency, the market law, the regional characteristics law, as demonstrated by the talent flow younger trend, postgraduate entrance examination has become the main channel; hot professionals flow ratio express high flow motive diversification; no notice leave become frequent phenomenon, and so on. Talents flow of private institute impact is also the negative impact mainly. The talents flow frequently effect negative impacts which will be not benefit the long-term development to the school. To solve talents flow problem of China's private institutes, we must find the reasons of the talents flow. The paper analysis the reasons from the social environmental factors, school organization management factors, personal factors which led to talents flow of private institute frequently. So we can propose countermeasures to the talents flow. Social factors impact on the talent flow of private institutes express: Along with economic development, China's personnel system reform reduces the constraints power to talents, due to higher level of economic development area can provide excellent material conditions of life and working environment, in order to improve economic conditions human resources flow outside. The laws on private institute education are not sound in the current stage of China, and it is difficult to implement, and there is a bias to the status and role of private higher education. The talents who work in private institutes can not fully seriously, the self-esteem and self-confidence of teachers will be suffered, which impact on the stability of the private institutes seriously. At the same time, competition for professionals Private College Teachers provided a vast market, the talent flow of private institutes or other enterprises. Not only social environment factors affect the talent flow of Private institutes seriously, even more importantly, their own organization management factors also led to the talent flow frequently. Organization management factors include many factors, the main point is organization management system and organization environment. Their own private universities in the organization management factors also led to the frequent movement of personnel. Many factors include organizational management, the main organized management system and organizational environment. Private institutes are national non-financial investment education, more schools principal consideration is the cost and profit, the management of private institutes similar with the management of enterprises, the result led to the talents loss because teachers can not adapt the management of enterprises incomplete. Internal mechanisms are neither sound nor scientific which leave down the loss of talents. Because of school operation costs, and other factors, there are some certain difficulties of teacher training in private institutes. Teachers objective performance evaluation in private institutes lack of truth, assessment results opaque, the incentive mechanism is imperfect, lack of teachers career planning and design, lead to personal development will be restricted, young teachers do not see their own future in the private institutes, coupled with the schools do not attach importance to teachers, all of these also led to the personnel instability.Faced with the objective reality of talents flow in China's private institutes, and based on the analysis of talent flow characteristics, causes and impacts, we should take effective measures to result this problem. Researching on the issue of countermeasures, this paper pays more attention to China's private institutes themselves and proposes solutions. The resolution of talents flow in China's private institutes not only rely on the efforts of private institutes themselves, but also depends on the state policies and social supports. The private institutes, on the one hand must implement national policies actively, on the other hand should strengthen their internal system building, private institutes should adapt to the situation of the talents competition and talents flow actively, make greater efforts to improve the quality of teachers, start competition mechanism through the market recruits. At present, China's private institutes of higher education still in the initial stage, teacher recruitment should be based on characteristics of private institutes and consider teaching practical of private institutes, design the rational teaching staff ratio. Private institutes should take "socially oriented, open competitive selection" as the basic principle to substance force of teachers, teacher development and growth, norm personnel recruitment work. Establish a scientific staff performance appraisal system, improve faculty hiring management system, establish incentive and competition mechanism, evaluate each employee's work performance correctly and provide the basis for implementation of incentive. Promote school teaching by display both integrity and ability for the worker appointment, promotion and research, and improve the comprehensive management level. Establish a competitive pay system to outside and fair to inside, take many ways to encourage teachers who have strong desire to work. It threw them into work. Private institutes should retain talent by treatment. Establish teacher's welfare system with market characteristics and address worries of the talent, retain talent fundamentally. Private institutes create "people-oriented" management culture after the protection system, not only use talents, but also train talents. Construct the "people-oriented" culture climate of the universities, with the talents flow of internal mechanisms and management, strengthen teachers'training, and private institutes should spend more money for teachers to pursue further education and to participate in various training activities, to provide conditions and opportunities, implement a "people-oriented , " truly and raise the talent level. Private institutes carry out systematic, comprehensive career counseling to teachers uninterruptedly, so that each of their teachers can have a rational self-awareness, clear self-positioning and reasonable planning life, choose correct direction. Accompanied by teachers own management, strengthen self-awareness, focus on the overall quality of the personal cultivation, and maturity with private institutes. In such a humanistic environment, private institutes will be able to retain qualified personnel, and attract more talents.Private institutes have begun to become a real scale in China, but the talents flow problem is the common problem of China's private institutes'development. Solving this problem need the country, schools and school staffs work together, and hope that more experts offer advice and suggestions to the problem of the talents flow in China private institutes and contribute to the healthy development of China's private institutes.
