Study On Causes Of The Chinese Well Educated NEET And Its Countermove

In recent years, along with the gradual complement of the market economy system and the enrollment policies of the university and employment system are changing, and the scale of university's enrollment is enlarging day by day. Large quantities of unemployed university students join NEET ranks after graduated makes the level of NEET get complicated and draw on more and more concern. Opposite to these low school records or the non-school record unemployment youth, why did so many university students come into the NEET ranks? What kind of function is the diploma playing in present job hunting course in the society? What feeling and the experience do they have in seeking jobs? How influence did these feeling and experience brought to them? How did they come into NEET ranks from the graduates gradually? These are exactly the matters of concern of this research.This study attempts to study NEET clans in terms of NEET youth with the research method of adoption quality, as the research object of the case with four typical NEET clans, the author has collected a large number of first-hand materials by walking close to them through interview. For ease of the research, the author categorizes the reasons into four kinds: Social, family, school and teenagers factor. Carrying on systematic analysis of the causes of well educated NEET through subdivision divided under every kind of factors in chapter three. According to the analysis about result and the negative influence that NEET brings finally, the thesis provided and proposed the following methods correspondingly: First of all, the society should improve employment mechanism and create the good employment environment; Secondly, from home education respect, parents should improve knowledge, break the conventional idea and establish brand-new educating views of people; Moreover, from school education respect, it's necessary to improve the educational content, advance students' development in an all-round way; Finally, university student should strengthen synthesis qualities and promote employment ability. Only the different fields make joint efforts, could the youth of NEET return to the society smoothly, and prevent the increase of NEET quantity to a certain extent.
