Nowadays the pressure of competition in the employment market is becoming more and more intense.However,there are such a group of people in the community,they are young and strong,but at home to live a meal to reach out to life.Most of them are still live with their parents,they make money from their parents,even their friend communication still have to reach out to parents for money,they are called “NEET”.The main feature of this group of people is not to study,do not participate in employment training,all day doing nothing,stay at home idle,their daily expenses,friends rush to also make money from their parents,they live on their parents.The main purpose of this study is to study the "85 ~ 95" NEET,analysis of "85 ~ 95" NEET phenomenon and the problems brought about.To understand the proportion of the unemployed population in the "85 ~ 95" population in W community,and to analyze the characteristics of "85 to 95" NEET in W community,a questionnaire survey was conducted on the W community in G province.From the investigation and study to select a typical individual to carry out case work intervention,and the interview of the family members of the interview,To improve the relationship between the service object and the family members,and promote the effective communication between the service object and the family members,enhance the identity of their families to enhance his sense of self-confidence,strengthen the establishment of the independent consciousness.Make full use of the advantages and interests of the service object,and use the resources around the service object to help the service object to set up the correct employment concept.Through a case study of the case service of the W community in G province of B province,and to evaluate and reflect on the case service process,to reflect the shortcomings of the whole service process and improve it in time.At the end of this article,from the case of the work involved in the "85 ~ 95" NEET problem solving and the implementation of the case in the process of doing a summary and to solve the NEET problem in establishing a correct employment career view,enhance their ability and change the concept of family education made some suggestions.
