In the era of knowledge economy, nowadays' teacher as a profession is concerned very much by the whole society. There exists an universal issue that is worth studying in the reform of teacher's educational reform. The issue is how to improve teacher's quality so that they can play much better roles in social development. N university has a brave trial in the teacher's educational reform which developed the curriculum "School Issue Study" four years ago. Four different grade teacher students learnt the course "School Issue Study". The paper adopt some substantial evidence research methods to analyze the instructional reality of "School Issue Study", sum up the achievement of teaching this course , try to discover the problem in the process of teaching and analyze the reasons. Finally, the paper put forth relevant suggestions to perfect the course "School Issue Study" in the point view of curriculum management.The paper adopted investigation method, observation method, works analytical method and information method. The paper includes five parts.Chapter one discusses why the author choose this topic, the theoretical andpractical significance, the project of research plan.Chapter two discusses why N university set the course "School Issue Study", furthermore, the operational plan of the course is explained.Chapter three makes an investigation plan for investigating the practice of the course "School Issue Study", then makes a statistical analysis of the investigational result from the three dimensions: curriculum editing, curriculum implementation and curriculum evaluation. The research offers proof for further study.Chapter four sum up the achievement of practicing the course "School Issue Study", in the meantime puts forth the problems in the process of teaching this course and analyzes the reasons from teacher, students and management. Thispart offer a base for improving the course.Chapter five puts forth relevant suggestions for improving the teaching effects of "School Issue Study" according to the analysis of the above .The suggestions include the following four sides: improve curriculum, strengthen curriculum's practice management, perfect curriculum evaluation and improve relevant conditions.
