A Study On Profession Career Planning Of College Teachers

College teachers are important lives and energies of colleges. Nowadays, with the continuous development and promotion of higher education home and abroad, as the key strength, for college teachers, it has become an important subject how to improve their specialized level, how to enlarge their specialized attainments and how to promote the development of their specialized level and career achievements.The U.S.A is the origin of career guidance, and the career guidance is the most popular in America as well. In early times, it is only a social job to solute the problems about employment and unemployment, however, with the rising of the thoughts of humanism, never being helping the individual find a suitable job, career guidance is becoming a job to help the individual improve and accept suitable self-image, then slowly it has become such a job to help the individual develop and accept a suitable career role, and its name has changed into profession career planning from profession guidance. In 1960s, profession career planning was included into the theory of profession career management. In this stage, as for the discussion on employment consultation and profession career planning, the discussing focus is on the individual ideal and target. In 1980s, the center changed, in the business requests of improving the external conditions, the organizational profession career planning exploitation has been a kind of means. In Part 4, the writer presented the effective guarantee measures of profession career planning of college teachers.This is a research of cross discipline.
