With the transformation of society,people's life,study,and work pressure are getting bigger and bigger.Primary and secondary school students are no exception,and various psychological problems are becoming more and more prominent.Mental health education in primary and secondary schools has also become an important topic.The state has successively issued documents such as "Several Opinions on Strengthening Mental Health Education in Primary and Secondary Schools" to promote the development of mental health education in primary and secondary schools.The mental health education curriculum is an important carrier for our implementation of mental health education,and the significance of students' mental health cannot be ignored.However,at present,the development of mental health education courses in primary and secondary schools in China is not very optimistic,and the overall situation is mixed.Paying attention to the study of mental health education curriculum in primary and secondary schools will help improve the quality of mental health education in primary and secondary schools and help the healthy growth of primary and secondary school students.This paper aims to analyze the existing problems and causes of mental health education courses in some schools in Changsha and Yongzhou,and propose corresponding countermeasures to provide reference for the development of mental health education courses in primary and middle schools.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part introduces the research background,research significance,research methods and related researches on mental health education courses at home and abroad.The second part is the theoretical basis for the definition andresearch of concepts related to mental health education curriculum.The third part is to investigate the current situation of mental health education courses in some primary and middle schools in Changsha and Yongzhou through questionnaires and interviews.The survey mainly focused on five aspects: the curriculum setting,the course text,the course organizer,the curriculum implementation,and the course evaluation.The fourth part first discusses the problems existing in the current mental health education curriculum in primary and secondary schools.The main problems are: the curriculum is not paid enough attention,the content arrangement is not tight enough,the text of the course is not authoritative,the teaching staff is not professional enough,the teaching method is not novel,the curriculum evaluation The point is not clear.Then analyze the reasons for the formation of the problem:the government's supervision and implementation is not effective,the school's software and hardware investment is not enough,the curriculum itself is not perfect system,the teachers continue to education is not diligent,students and parents have a misunderstanding of the curriculum.The fifth part,the solution to the problem: the government to increase security,improve the system,the school to strengthen the emphasis,accurate positioning,scientific integration and development of psychological courses,strengthen the construction of the teaching staff,and change the understanding of students and parents.The sixth part is the conclusion and outlook of the research.
