With China's rapid economic development and the industrial structure constantly adjustment, the manufacturing industry has become part of the region and even country's pillar industries, professional and technical workers' demand is constantly increasing, so that the vocational education of cultivating professional talents mechanics is flourish. Premier Wen Jiabao in this year's government work report clearly pointed out: "To develop vocational education in a more prominent position and make education truly become the education of the society as a whole, this is a significant change and the historical tasks." Premier Wen's speech to vocational education to become a major bright spot in this year's "two sessions". In the "two session", he clearly puts forward the vigorously developed vocational education, which is promoting the urgent need of China's industrialization and modernization, and the important ways to promote employment and social " San Nong ".How can vocational education to be well and healthy development, and better adapted to the rapid socio-economic development, vocational education curriculum reform a society one of the issues of greatest concern. Therefore, this paper selects an employment-oriented vocational education reform as a research object. Vocational schools from the investigation of the issue learn from the developed countries and the reform of vocational education courses in some advanced experience, from the perspective of the people and society perspective studies to determine the 21st century sociological perspective of vocational education under the new curriculum reform strategy.In the first part of the article, the vocational education reform challenges the sociological perspective on the quality of education challenges. First, solving vocational education courses objective of the social position, namely: training students integrated vocational capacity, it is necessary to target skills, but also quality standards, to be the 21st century with the construction of socialist modernization according to the requirements of the professional and technical personnel. Second, we must strengthen vocational education curriculum reform of sociological research. Third, we must improve the vocational education curriculum reform of the operational mechanism, we need to innovative mechanisms for social participation, on the other hand it is necessary to improve management, and supervision mechanisms. When the new curriculum system is proven effective, then gradually extend through administrative means, step by step, so that the curriculum reform as a continuous social behavior continue to be pursued.The fifth part of the article is the trends of the vocational education reform. Curriculum reform must adhere to the "people first" principle, aimed at the overall development of students, and meet the students' future existence and development needs. First, the content of vocational education curriculum reform to achieve occupational and non-occupational reunification. Secondly, the vocational education objectives of the reform to the realization of social centers and students demand requirements for the development of reunification. Third, vocational education reform should develop towards the direction of reunification of the curriculum evaluation and social development. Finally, vocational education course reform determines the future development direction, namely: to the guidance of the scientific concept of development to the needs of the community and talent development trend of economic and technological integration as the basis.The innovation lies in this paper is from the sociologist's point of view to analyze the vocational education reform, vocational education as the economic and social development of strategic focus, to serve the socialist modernization drive, and adhere to the people-centered, respect for the social development of students and the development of personality, to develop their scientific world outlook, outlook on life and a good professional ethics, which are equipped with basic scientific and educational qualities, and grasp the cultural foundation of the necessary knowledge, expertise and relatively skilled professional skills of highly qualified workers and specialized personnel.
