Consummate The A University Scientific Research Funds Management System Research

With the construction of innovative style country in China, the more scientific research projects (SRPs) increase, the more scopes of scientific research works extend in the high education universities. One of the important administrations in high education universities is the management of scientific research projects funds; in addition the administrative level and extent of these funds influence and restrict the quality of the supervision of scientific research projects directly. As a result, to recognize the importance of the financial management of SRPs in high education, to analyze the challenge of SRP financial management, to establish an integrated system of SRPs, to improve the efficiency of the SRPs funds, and dedicate to exploring the effective approach of SRPs financial management have turned into a new challenge for the financial administrators in high education.This research takes the University A as example, which is focus on the research and analysis of the current model and situation of the SRPs funds management and it will conclude current problems in the model of SRPs funds management systematically, and analyze the reason from all aspects; and it aims to complete and improve the SRPs funds management system of the University A, by the successful practical experiences of SRPs funds management in foreign countries. In order to effectively support the whole management process of SRPs, make progress of the financial management model of SRPs funds, and accurately reflect the proper situation of SRPs, it devotes to extending and classifying the whole process of the management of SRPs funds into the previous-process control stage, the process control stage, and the after-process control stage, in a view to resolve the problem of financial SRP management in University A, in order to increase the efficiency of SRPs funds, finish the SRP with as less amount of funds as available, insure the success of SRPs in a new background, and to achieve the best economic benefit and social benefit.
