Along the indepth development of basic education,early childhood education courses as a part of it concened more and more. The kindergarten-based courses is diversity.In one hand,develop the kindergarten-based courses make children's education colourful and if pay more attantion to the feature of coursesand to what the children need could make the childhood education of our country prosperity and full of vitality. In the other hand ,some courses which disobey tha rule of children's physical and mental development in name of special education courses in kindergarten neither have rigorous review nor have powerful operational guidance made the confusion of children's courses. At last , this kind of properity made the kindergarten-based coursed courses lose, so how to made the courses get rid of the stale and take in the fresh and made the context of courses get its balance and make up the courses more scientific is the most important and imminent point.The propose of the study is to study the advantage and disadvantage of construct children's courses,make certain the direction of kindergarten-based education and figure out the basis of courses' construction ,so that we can help teachers to improve theirquality and ability of organize the courses, in case they follow the popular like sheep, and can helpto further the chilhood education. This study still offer the theory and practise for the system of kindergarten-based courses and means alot for reform and development of childhood education .The basis of study is from literature and practise . I inspect the book the magazine and the degree dissertation and underatand the development of kindergarten-based courses and research status. All of those give the guide of the study . I practice and join the development of managing the study of courses I explore the pointof it, and request the quelity of teachers and teaching situation. In the same I make clear the principlr and main point of the kindergarten-based courses.The article divided into six parts, the first part is introuuction,in this part I make clear the purpose the meaning of study from understanding the statues of modern children's courses. The second part is explain the basicpoint of courses and compare the meaning of children's courses and kindergarten-based courses. The third parts I analyse give the suitable defination of development of courses. The fouth part is the analyse the main point and the feature among different courses. The fifth parts find out the advantages and dis advantages.The sixth parts I explain the context of different courses and give the guide of it .The construcyion of the context of kindergarten-based courses can't accomplish in an action,it is a systemic project which need the constant practice explor and innovation.The construction of kindergarten-based courses related to the success and smooth of it's development. Only if we contuinue the study both of theory and practise of courses we can make up a scientific reasonable and balancable aontent of children's education system.
