Over the past few years, Chinese higher vocational education(HVE hereafter) has achieved great progress and is expanding unceasingly. Its quality is constantly improving and its goal is becoming more market-oriented. Now HVE has taking up half the percentage of the higher education. But with the great development of education, the rapid growth of the number of college graduates and the increasingly fierce competition on the employment market, the employment of college students has become a realistic issue that can not be ignored.Through constant reform and exploration, the HVE pinpoints its orientation and the space for further development, that is, guided by"service as principle, employment as orientation, combining production, with learning and research"[1], we can train talents with high technical ability to meet the demand of production, construction and management."2 +1" cultivate Mode( Be called for short"2 +1" Mode), a newly created method, adopted by vocational institutions in their teaching reform in recent years, is an important carrier of the educational mode of combining production with learning and research. Taking market need as the guide and customer's need as starting point, it pays much attention to utilizing the education resources from the society. The cooperation of college and industry can help improve the students'comprehensive qualities, train the students working skills and the capacity of dealing with the realistic problems. It also helps the students have access to pre-employment.This new mode has a great impact on the students'view of employment."2+1"Mode is a new method of cultivating eligible students and it has advantages and disadvantages resulting from the external environment and the employment system of industries. This essay tries to explore the influence of "2 +1" mode implemented by SICT. On one hand, the students are difficult to obtain jobs because of the serious situation and the unbalance of employee need. On the other hand,"2+1"Mode has a close connection with industry to help cultivate students. It plays an important role in achieving pre-employment and employment. Especially by practicing in the workplace, the students can improve their working skills, adapting abilities and team senses. With some work experience, their comprehensive abilities can be obviously improved, adapting period is shortened and a solid foundation for career is laid. At the same time, "2 +1" mode is still at its perfecting stage. We can never neglect the negative impact that it brings to vocational college students.The thesis puts forward some countermeasures to the negative impact that"2+1"Mode brings about. Both teachers and students should have correct understanding of the concept and objective of "2 +1" training mode in order to achieve successful employment. To further improve the "2 +1" mode system, both school and society should participate in educating people. Students should have a full knowledge of"2+1"Mode, enable themselves to cope with people and manufacturing activities and, eventually, be a"Silver Collar"needed by industry of manufacturing, service and management. Students should learn to self-analyze, self-recognize and adapt to the society's need. Students under"2+1"Mode should make a good use of 2 years at college and 1 year at industry, trying their best to improve their professional ability, setting up their own target and planning their own career. Good communication skills, team spirit can help them transfer quickly from the role of a student to that of technicians.
