With the development of information technology, as a new instruction model, Multimedia Teaching has been applied widely in higher education. But in a lot of high schools, it don't be used well and not get good effect in fact , although lots of human resource, material resource and financial has been dived into it. In order to improve the quality of multimedia teaching, this text structure the evaluation system in high school and try to evaluate it in teaching based character, requirement of multimedia and some problems in multimedia class-teaching.In the process of this research, the author tries her best to collect the correlative materials in many ways, which include multimedia class-teaching evaluation, teaching evaluation, courseware evaluation and so on. The author analyzes the evaluating objective seriously which touches on diversified factors and put them in order without omission. Based on interviews in small scales, specialists consult and group discussion, then we sit through and refine them, has found four evaluation corpuses: students, teachers, peers and experts; three evaluation main factors: Medium courseware, the process of multi-media class-teaching, the effect of multi-media class-teaching, sum up 11 first-degree targets and 39 second-degree targets, form evaluation target system and confrim the proportion of targets on Delphi. Finally, apply it in multimedia class-teaching evaluation system of Business school of Shihezi University and sum up experience.
