The Study On Moral Education Value Of College Association Of Students In The View Of Experience

With its special characteristics, College Association of students bear irreplaceable moral education value, which is more and more focused by moral education researchers and executors, however, the theory of moral education value is not complete and further, the value of College Association of students was not developed enough practically. Facing the fact pessimistic situation of moral education of undergraduate, it becomes especially important to use all education resources and channels and to seek opportunities to play the role of moral education. As we know, kindness is not the external morality, and not training of thinking skills, however, it is the experience of interpersonal communication. In the college association of students the special organization and its activities imply rich experience factors, however, it does not realize due recognition. In this article, to show and emphasize the moral education value of college association of students in the view of experience, to use the education platform and carry out moral education, will be helpful to solve the problem of low moral practical result.In the article, the experience factors of college association of students are analyzed from 9 aspects, including living environment, role-playing, feeling experience, moral subject, self-education, equal moral education environment, moral encouragement, moral conflicts and example motive, combined with 15 typical cases, to prove the importance value of college association of students in moral education. We are not denying the necessity of moral indoctrination, while, without the self moral experience of students who are educated, single moral indoctrination will become inane moral sermon, which will lose the heartquake living force. In a good operated college association of students, the activeness of undergraduate will be developed completely, in the atmosphere of morality and freedom, the undergraduate will experience the life in all activities, produce feelings, originate moral judgement and value trend, feel the charm of morality and force of example, to realize the transfer from thinking to practice, from moral acknowledgement to practice, to be willing to become a moral person and feel happy.
