Freshmen in high school generally reflect that mathematics is difficult to learn. most of them mathematics acquirement dropped, and even a small number of students lose studying confidence and have no confidence in school. First grade is the critical period of division between high-class and low-grade among students .In the face of this phenomenon, how to handle the problem in mathematics teaching is a practical problems faced by high math teachers. In response to this issue, some researchers only analyzed causes from textbooks aspect. Other researchers only analyzed causes from the psychological and environmental changes aspect. Some researchers only analyzed causes from the class-hour and study method aspect. All the analysis mostly focuses on only one or two aspects, conclusion one-sided, not systemly. Investigations is generally used in research, without teaching strategies;Or with teaching strategies, but not from summary of teaching practice, just reasoning research.The writer of this thesis form the aspect of freshmen difficult to adapt to a new high school math teaching, with the scientific theory of psychology and pedagogy theory as the basis, starting from teaching practice, discuss a high mathematics teaching theory and practice in a scientific study, to build a high mathematics teaching theory system for the current high school math teaching.The full text is divided into three parts: The first part, I investigate present situation of freshman learning and teaching idea of high school math teachers and analysis objective factors impact on students'learning.The second part, on the basis of the analysis of the first part and according to characteristics of high school freshmen mathematics learning, I proposed some strategies and measures to help high school students speed up to adapt to high school mathematics teaching.The third part, in view of actual situation of the class I teaching, I present a teaching case under the guidance of the theory.
