The fast development of information technology, typically multimedia and network, is changing the environment that we live in and the way of our learning. Information technology offers not only a new approach to education, but also a challenge. How to apply modern educational technology effectively to direct subject teaching practice is one of the hotspots and difficult points in the reformation of math's curriculum. The theory and practice of modern educational technology have an important effect on the practice of all kinds of teaching. It demands that educators should have a profound understanding to the development orientation of modern education technology. Currently, applying modern of education technology is a key problem in the integration on modern education technology and subject teaching practice, meanwhile, which is an important problem that educators should resolve in practice of quality-oriented education.In order to search the approach and method of instruction model for the mathematics curriculum of high school, this thesis thinks theoretically and researches practically about the instruction model.The preface of the thesis simply introduces the purpose, meaning, content and methods of the research.The first part of the thesis simply introduces the impact of basic education reform and modern information technology on the math's curriculum, and the conditions of math's curriculum instruction. It also introduces characteristics of maths and learning principle, analyzes the factor that impact on maths study.The second part is the introduction of the theory of instruction and psychology at the home and abroad, presents the importance of instruction model in high schools, simply expounds the types and the application of instructional model.The fourth part is the emphasis of the thesis. In this part, the case study of maths instruction model is carried out. It briefly introduces the value of case study, demonstrates the research goal and task, and analyzes several appropriate instruction model of maths teaching. It also presents the implementation process of the research. Finally, the instructional design, inquiry activity, feedback, and instructional evaluation are analyzed.In the last part, we points out the meaning, the limit of the research, demonstrates that the education of maths curriculum should apply appropriate instruction model according to teaching goal. Information technology offers not only a new approach, but also a challenge. It isn't easy to use it to solve practical problems in teaching process. And the self-study ability of student should be improved. Some questions about the implementation of these instructional model should make further research based on this thesis.
