"Nong Yuan Project" Design And The Development Of Network Training Curriculum

In this paper, " Nong Yuan Project" network training courses is not a course of the network programs, but a project-based one. Moreover it is the sub-topic of the 11th Five-Year Plan, called " Modern Distance Education for rural primary and secondary schools in Liaoning Province" .This paper is mainly based on questionnaires, site inspections, investigations, training, interviews and other research methods. The author, a provincial trainer, visited most of the rural primary and secondary schools in Liaoning Province, closely examining the actual performances of their fulfillment with a considerable deal of first-hand information, which in return, supports the feasibility of the creation of Internet training courses of "Nong Yuan Project". As far as the design is concerned, the author not only has an innovative arrangements of the network system and the content, but also brings in the method of theme teaching, which is on "Nong Yuan Project" including 10 categories. In practice, the core is lots of activities with a lot of resources as complementary learning materials. Meanwhile the paper introduces modular thinking, with the network modules encapsulated the theme of several courses, so that the network of secondary curriculum development and reuse can be obtained. What's more, it introduces the theory of learning to participate to assess the marks of high school students and that of the design of teaching procedures to form a systematic arrangement of the network courses.In the development of links in the network function on the basis of a common curriculum, it is concentrated on the creation of the "exercises after a series of instructing and presenting" + "activities" +"resources" and the Comprehensive Evaluation System of the "learning to participate" + "work" + "final work and Comprehensive Test". The above are evaluated successfully through actual teaching.
