Since September 2003 the implementation of modern distance education in rural primary and secondary works(hereinafter referred to:Nong yuan project far ) has been 5 years. In accordance with the national deployment , Basic rural junior high school classrooms have a computer (model III), Rural primary schools with basic teaching collection of satellite view (mode II), Rural primary schools with teaching points, teaching equipment and complete sets of CD-ROM player teaching CD-ROM (Mode I). The implementation of the three models of quality education in urban and rural areas has promoted the sharing of resources, has improved quality and efficiency of rural education. But for the three modes of play to their maximum effectiveness, efficiency, the key lies in our teachers. Teacher's training appears especially important.In this study, a large number of literature surveys, the questionnaire analysis and to visit some schools found that schools have been carried out in different forms at different levels for much of agricultural teacher training project, but teachers in day-to-day teaching situation, there had been no substantive progress, most teachers would not have much Nong yuan project resources, and thus little or no Nong yuan project resources far, far from the project led to the agricultural waste, The reason was mainly due to poor performance of teacher trainingPerformance technology as a new theory, it is the use of systems thinking to solve the problem of human performance and methods of a process. It through the organization of analysis and environmental analysis to identify the performance gap between organizations, analyze the causes of performance gaps, the intervention must be taken to narrow the achievement gap, so as to enhance individual and organizational performance. It first used in commercial areas, including corporate staff training, to strive to develop the potential of employees to improve individual and organizational performance. Now has to expand the field of education, its development prospects.In this study, the performance of technology concepts and methods into the training of farmers in much the project to explore the performance of technology-related research, much of the agricultural training project conducted a performance analysis of the performance gap between the problems that affect Nong yuan project training far internal and external factors and systems from an overall perspective of the study, from the teaching intervention, both non-teaching intervention to solve the problem, the intervention of the final implementation and performance evaluation. This research constructs the agricultural far project training achievements model.
