The Present Condition And The Countermeasure Research Of P.E And Sports Archives In High School

P.E and sports archives are various valuable records such as letter,chart,video which are formed when schools are engaged in P.E.teaching,research,management activities. P.E and sports archives faithfully records the P.E.work of the school,it contains abundant P.E.information. P.E and sports archives is the precious treasure in the university and college archives resources, it contains abundant knowledge,huge information,and high tecnology.the management of P.E and sports archives is not only a basic job in university and college,but also can make the P.E.work and P.E.research move forward.In the recent year,due to the attention of Party and country,the archives work in university and college has got a great development, P.E and sports archives plays a important role in P.E.teaching,competition,research,political management etc and got some achievements:most universities and colleges set up the comprehensive archives room and archives worksystem; P.E and sports archives works in universities and colleges are gradually becoming more and more standardized and scientific; universities and colleges usually use centralized and decentralized way to manage the archives,strengthen infrastructure construction,improve the working environment.On the other hand,because the school leaders,archives department, P.E.department had not awared the importance of the P.E and sports archives works;the management of P.E and sports archives in school lacks scientific ways and is not stable,incapable staff members, all these result in many problems that existing in the university and college P.E and sports archives works.such as, inadequate attention on management of P.E and sports archives;simpleness of the contents of P.E and sports archives;antiquated infrastructure;laggard skills,etc.Since the new century,the modern information technology,which the computer technology is its core,developed very fast,and it was also applied in the archives works,all these bring both opportunity and challenge to the university and college archives management.at present,many universities and colleges have adapted to the requirement of the information society,they strengthen the management of the P.E and sports archives.but the present works still have some shortages.Combining the knowledges of sports and archives,using many research methods:refer to datum;theoris analysis;interview exports,the thesis researches the basic theories of university and college P.E and sports archives,according to the present condition and existing problem,the thesis put forward some countermeasuresxhange concept;establishing good consciousness of P.E and sports archives management in universities and colleges;establishing the integrated management system of P.E and sports archives in universities and colleges;modernizing the P.E and sports archives management in universiries and colleges;adequately utilizing the information resources of the archives; cultivating high-level personnels in university and college P.E and sports archives management.The author hopes that the countermeasures could provide reference to archives works in universities and colleges,and impulse the development of archives works in universities and colleges.
