The professional human resource management of traditional sports in athletics college plays an important role in the progresses of sport education and promote tradition sport. The characteristic of teaching primarily in the athletics college decides that teachers take a leading position. The management should pay great attention to the teacher human resources use, the raise and the development, and provide a suitable circumstance of cooperation and creation, otherwise ,there will be a great waste of human resource.In 1998,in the new edition of the athletics college undergraduate course catalogue, the Ministry of Education established traditional athletics profession. Being a new course, its contents, target, and specification of development and the development and management of resources etc are not developed so much. On speaking of the education contents, the athletics college traditional sports is different from other subjects. It not only keeps the traditional sports spirit, and by develops new own characteristics for premise, but also meets the need of the market in courses construction and education goals. According to the our country's science and technology strategic and the economic system and economic growth way, the athletics college traditional sports talents will play the leading role, and meet present conditions and develop demand, renew our ideas, speed up reform and development advancement, perfect discipline construction ,so contribute to the construction of the high talents.This paper is based on the research using higher education theory, management, psychology, talented person learn, the business enterprise human resource management etc. It talks about the problems on teachers team construction, awarding system and so on. This paper while theoretical analysis closely regarding athletics college traditional sports reform developmental strategy, and comes up with some suggestions on strengthen the human resource management and improving the core value. The research tries to provides some theory on the management and work mentality of the athletics college.
