The teachers' professional well-being is an integrated part of their work-life, and it is an important measure to evaluate the quality of their work and life as well. It can help improve the quality of teachers' life and work and help them to live a happy and complete education life. It can even improve the quality of education and promote the progress of our society.In this study, I use questionnaire survey and literature analysis. We also talk to some teachers. More than 270 teachers take part in it. In order to master the present situation and the influence factors of the teachers' professional well-being, I make a research among the teachers of the countryside schools in Xiuzhou, Jiaxing. The result of the research indicates:As a whole, the teachers' professional well-being in countryside schools in Xiuzhou, Jiaxing is medium on. But it has the sign of polarization. The interpersonal relationship among teachers and that between teachers and students can give them the most well-beings. Occupation approval, school administration and the society supports can also give them well-beings. But they can hardly get well-being from their income and welfare.From each aspect: In different Regions ,the present situation are not the same. The teachers in the north part of have more happiness than those who work in the south part of Xiuzhou. The former feels happier in occupation approval, the teachers and students association and school administration than the latter. The things between the women teachers and the men teachers are also different. Women teachers have better professional well-being whether in all investigation items or in each item. Women teachers can more easily get well-being from Occupation approval, school administration and the society supports. Of course, teachers in different ages shows different feelings. The change tendency is "strong—weak—strong -stronger". The teachers who are 51 years old or older have the strongest professional well-being. And the professional well-being of those who are between 31 years old and 40 years old is the weakest. On different subjects ,two kinds, the subjects that must be tested and those need not in High School Entrance Test. Their subjective professional well-being has no obvious differences. But the teachers who teach subjects that don't need to be tested have a little stronger professional well-being than others. In different grades, the teachers of Grade Seven have stronger professional well-being than Grade Eight. And the teachers of Grade Eight have stronger professional well-being than Grade Nine. There are some teachers from other province working here. They can not work as happily as those native teachers mainly because of income and welfare and society support. Professional well-being are also different to teachers with different titles and duties. Senior teachers have the strongest professional well-being. One—level teachers have the weakest professional well-being. Those who have special duties get higher marks in my research than ordinary teachers.This study also Investigate the influence factors of the teachers' professional well-being. The result indicates, the main resources of the teachers' are the stability and safety of the job, love to the job, growth with students and the wonderful interpersonal relationship. However, the unbalance between the work and their salary, their poor society position but the high request, the difficulty of teaching and administration and the hard work stop them getting professional well-being. These are the four main influence factors.Improving the teachers' professional well-being is an integrated part of teacher administration. It Is advantageous in improving the quality of education. So the school administrators should help teachers to get professional well-being, improve their income and welfare, maintenance the prestige of the teaching job, reduce their work pressure, provide harmonious atmosphere, improve the society support of the job, promote the teachers' Specialized knowledge, implement democratic management, consummate examination and critique mechanism, consummate the teachers' personality special characteristic and improve the level of their psychologically healthy.
