The education of Chinese can date back to many many years ago.That is to say,the educational history is as long as our country's history.According to the reasonable judgement,Our Chinese education has developed for thousands of years.Therefore,the teaching materials ought to have become perfect,so it is with the teaching theory and teaching methods.However,as a matter of fact,the subject of Chinese is in an embarrassing situation.In the whole school courses,all the pupils show no interest in it,the leaders pay no attention to it,ever the general public criticize it seriously.Of course the family background,school and students themselves.But the Chinese teachers should take full responsibility for this problem.Nowadays,the education of Chinese has fallen into a deep trouble,it's not easy to change these things.In some sense,carrying out《New courses standard on chinse》has formed an "advantaged objective conditions to get rid of the difficulties,whereas,Enhancing teacher's professionalism will become the subjective condition to get rid of the trouble.In a word,studying the factors of improving Chinese teacher's quality will make a significant effect on the development of Chinese teaching in high school.This article is the right break though for all the teachers in high school who are trying to make great progress in two ways,which are both in the theory and the practice aspects.By means of reading plenty of books on theory and studying some works and data written by many promising and striking Chinese teachers in middle school.I find there are many factors affecting the teachers' professional proficiency,such as educational ideology,personality element,occupational consciousness,professional capability,the growth experience,surrounding and background,the school's atmosphere,the teachers' teamwork and the help from some experienced teachers and so forth.Therefore,the author has made an attempt to study the above factors.
