A Study On The Current Status Problems And Measures Of The Secondary Vocational Education's Development In Jinjiang

The study of this paper focuses on some problems occurring in the rapid development of Jinjiang City in FuJian province, such as labor force resource shortage and relative backwardness of vocational education and other issues of concern. Since the reforms and opening, JinJiang City create a remarkable economic miracle. At the same time, along with the technological transformation of industrial upgrading and replacement of equipment, problem of labor force shortage issue has been put in the front of us. "Skilled workers shortage" is affecting Jinjiang's rapid economic development. As an indivisibility part of economic development, vocational education should assume for local human resources development, training shortage of skilled professionals of tomorrow.This paper mainly used dialectical analysis, literature, comparative analysis, field surveys and other methods for study. Through hard work finally finished writing papers. By the theoretical interpretation and analysis of data, to reflect objectively the development situation of Jinjiang City secondary vocational education and the problem existed. Analyze the objective and subjective reasons which constraints Jinjiang City vocational education development, and put forward proposed measure to address those problems.
