Research On The Management Of The Education Of The Migrant Workers' Children In Jinjiang City Of Fujian Province

With the further development of economy in Jinjiang City,the number of the private enterprises increases rapidly,thus it attracts more and more migrant workers to work in Jinjiang City.The migrant workers have provided the necessary labors for the development of economy of Jinjiang City,however,they also have brought some new social problems,especially the educational problems of migrant workers' children.In recent years,experts,scholars and the governments' officials have done a lot of researches on the educational problems of migrant workers' children.Jinjiang City of Fujian Province has paid much attention to the educational problems of migrant workers'children and has made a lot of policies to guarantee the education of the migrant workers,children and achieved positive effects.The number of migrant workers;children increases every year,and most of them attend the public schools.But the educational problems of migrant workers' children,such as the difficulty of attending schools,regulation and psychological problems remain to be solved.By doing the questionnaire survey and analyzing a lot of articles as well as comparison,this thesis reflects the educational problems of migrant workers' children objectively,and analyzes the causes through the aspects of household registration reform,educational system reform and school management,putting forward that the government should refresh their mind to care the migrant children's educational problems,increase the fund of education to promote a balanced development of education,strengthen the management of schools considering the characteristics of the migrant children and improve the service function of enterprises and communities to help the migrant workers' children.The educational problems of migrant workers' children is not only concerned about the fairness of education but also involved with the stability of the society.Caring about the education of the migrant workers'children is the responsibility and mission of Jinjiang government.Jinjiang government should take the migrant workers' children into the criteria of educational plan and strengthen the management,making them enjoy the equality of education and grow up healthily.
