Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Immigrant Population Urbanization In Jinjiang City

Immigrant population,especially the Agricultural transfer population is a complicated social system engineering.Nowadays,Jinjiang government pays high attention to the new-type urbanization work.Now,Jinjiang govement has gained a stage achievement in promoting the transfer of immigrant population(including Agricultural transfer population).With the continuous progress of the urbanization,the willingness of the migrant population has been strengthened and the comprehensive quality has been improved.In the same time,we also found that there are some problems had to solve,including that the level of urbanization is still unable to meet the growing needs of the immigrant population urbanization,the elements to support the sustainable development of economic and social still need to be further improved.According the survey found in this paper,The main reason for these problem of immigrant population urbanization is that urban planning and social management policy system are not reasonable enough.And there is still a gap between the immigrant and the local residents in terms of the "citizen" treatment.This paper investigate the empirical analysis of data,and then use the Spss statistical analysis tools to find out the impact factors of the immigrant population urbanization in Jinjiang city.After that,we try to figue out the specific countermeasures according to the experience of other provinces and cities.The solution to the problem of the urbanization of the immigrant population in Jinjiang is that the Jinjiang government needs to further strengthen the policy guidance,proceed from the needs of the foreign population,accelerate the institutional innovation in the key areas such as social management,social security,household registration and land management policies.Jinjiang government has to work harder in increasing the investment of government resources and the comprehensive carrying capacity of the city,enhancing the coverage of social security,improving the overall quality of foreign population,strengthening multicultural integration,encouraging and guiding foreign population to take participation in social management,and continuously enhancing the population carrying capacity of the city,and then promote the process of immigrant population urbanization step by step,so that the immigrant population can really become Jinjiang city resident.
