Network resource platform for teaching is the talk of current education resources construction and to build a school-based resource platform with special characteristics is the goal pursued by all schools. Yes, the majority of primary and secondary schools feel it unrealistic to develop school-based teaching resources management platform relying on its own strength. Therefore, they can only consider the option of the existing teaching resources management platform in the market for the second development, thereby effectively integrate resources, the characteristics of school-based teaching resource library network. But the present study finds no operational practice cases for schools.Through this study secondary teaching disciplines of information technology resources for the network construction, mainly through the step-by-step construction process of information technology network resources for teaching specific subjects, he expounds from the choice of teaching resources management platform, design and redevelopment of resource management platform in the market, to the organization of secondary school-based teaching disciplines of information technology for network resources. He thinks the practical experience of school-based teaching resource construction is workable for both the university and other similar schools to follow.Firstly, this study has gone to the present situation of the network resource construction home and abroad, found out teachers'demand for the resources, presented proper network resource construction program, chosen effective school library resource management platform, and, in accordance with demand and the differences between the platforms secondary development, established school-based structures of teaching network resource database management platform.Secondly, the study shows the management in the process of building the school-based teaching network resource management, the establishment of the organization for building the teaching resource network management platform, and the management in the process, such as the staff, process control, and encouragement system. Therefore, there forms a "543" management model as " five level, four steps, three evaluations".Thirdly, after the completion of the platform structures, we practiced the construction of school-based teaching of network resources, developed the specific subject demands for information technology network resources, clarified the knowledge system and knowledge module, and designed the information technology teaching structure and summarized the source, and construction methods and outcomes of the information technology disciplines teaching resourcesIn the end, in the process of construction, we did research on teaching applications of information technology network resources, analyzed teaching cases, investigated effect of the use of resources by students, and summarized the achievements and problems exciting in the construction process...
