Under the background of rapid development of higher vocational education, it is urgent to do scientific and far-reaching research on the teaching model of higher vocational education, and this work is closely related to the nurturing quality and sustainable development of higher vocational education.Employment-oriented; taking the comprehensive ability required in the job as the centre of teaching; curriculum-setting,textbook choosing, and practice and experimenting centre construction are under the requirement of ability nurturing, theory and practice teaching follow the process of production and working, and all the previous characteristics take the nature of higher vocational education, and it also makes modularized teaching model one of the most important choice of higher vocational education reform.Adopting advanced modularized curriculum development method, we make major teaching object and talents standards as flexible modularized curriculum, and from the angle of major curriculum system constructing, we update the teaching curriculum view, teaching view, curriculum structure, teaching contents, teaching staff construction, and these are crucial ways and methods of constructing modularized teaching models in higher vocational education.From the construction of basic theories, modularized teaching models of higher vocational education has its own concept. Curriculum is "dialogue-centre"; teacher transfers to "the host of curriculum"; school becomes the "major study group"; and students are active participants.Reconstructing the content of curriculum is the major point of constructing the module of higher vocational education. The reconstructing includes vocation analysis, work analysis, specific ability, quality analysis, teaching analysis, teaching design, developmeng design and teaching performance and other contents. In the operating model, assissgnment-driven teaching method is the key in this teaching model, and in this way, we may reach "teaching, learning and working "as a whole corporated body.
