Learning disability is a field being paid close attention in many countries, which is studied within the research arenas of medicine, pedagogy and psychology. The students with learning disabilities naturally become a focus of the scholars, teachers and parents .The motiveless learning disability is one type of learning disabilities. The paper gives it a definition : It is a phenomenon of the motiveless students with serious learning disabilities who have normal intelligence, healthy body and mind and good family financial situation.Through participant observation, interview and practicality analysis, this paper unveils the deep causes of motiveless learning disability by investigating the living, learning and family conditions of five senior middle school students with learning disabilities: The individual personality characteristic and the life attitude make the testees' life insignificant condition, which is the immediate cause of learning disabilities; Negative competition between companion's intensifies the degree of testees' learning disabilities; The improper parenting style and the poor family function of socialization and affection are the initial hidden troubles of testees' learning disabilities; The schools overemphasize the select function of education but neglect the development function of education, which causes the phenomena of learning disabilities generalization and worsen the situation of the students with learning disabilities; The disorder of social environment causes the phenomena complicated and makes it more difficult to reverse the learning disabilities.On the basis of analyzing the causes of learning disabilities, this article discusses the countermeasures: Help children to make the goal in life, establish the meaning of growing up; Strengthen the learning and education function of the family and construct the learning family; Strengthen the family's affection function and construct the harmonious parent-child relationship; Families and schools work together; Change the visual angle and open up the path separately.
