The Countermeasure For The Problem And Reformation Of Rural Educational Cadre Training

When entering the 21^st century, peace and development still become the theme of the time in a long period. With the help of science technology and talents, Human civilization and social progress can be developed. Now, talents' competition has throughout the world, while the source of talents is all kinds of education, so education's level can influence the fate of the country. It urges us to form a teaching contingent and management team which have noble professional ethics, firm professional quality, high teaching ability, and advanced teaching concept.Nowadays, rural is the bottleneck of China's development, its development takes quality of rural labors as precondition, and it depends on the level of rural education. Rural education is the main part of Chinese education, it is also the weak aspect of our education, and it can display the level of Chinese basic education. The quality of rural education is the basis of educational equity, it maintenances social equity, and it depends on the quality of rural teachers and educational cadres. So, it is urgent to strengthen the team construction of rural educational cadre. The work of rural educational cadre training is a strategic task, it relates the future of our basic education. The key of developing teachers' education is to summarize the experiences of rural educational cadre training, analyze the problems of training, base upon the current work of rural educational, improve and perfect the rural educational cadre training. The purpose of this paper is to explore the support and guarantee for rural educational cadre training. So we have to innovate the method of rural educational cadre training, enrich training means, construct training network, enhance the flexibility and independence of study, strengthen the leadership of training, intensify supervision and examination, carry out the responsibility of government and training organizations at various levels; and we also should use related policies to ensure the development of rural educational cadre training, update its content, enhance the ability of rural educational cadre, adapt requests of life-long education and constructing learning, form a new system of rural educational cadre training, improve the pattern of rural educational cadre training, and perfect the training system. At last, we need to increase the investment of training funds, strengthen the construction of training base, and enhance quality of teachers in training.
